Menadžera / savetnika za prodaju rezervnih delova
Opis posla:
-Komunikacija sa klijentima telefonskim putem I “face to face” kako bi se izgradila podrška,razumeli njihovi zahtevi I rešil prigovori
-Ažuriranje cena I akcija koje Jagura Land Rover pruža radi davanja adekvatnih informacija klijentima
-Nadgledanje I održavanje zaliha na lageru delova/dodatne opreme
-Provera pristiglih poručenih delova od strane Jaguar Land Rovera
-Adekvatno I redovno ažuriranje administrativne dokumentacije
-Poručivanje delova za servis, koristeći proces naračivanja delova radi tačne isporuke a u cilju lakše organizacije posla
-Upravljanje lagerom starih zaliha
-Osigurati pravilno skladištenje delova I poštovanje odgovarajućih standarda
-Osigurati pristizanje poručenih delova radi obavljanja posla
-Informisanje kolega o statusu pristizanja delova
-Planiranje I upravljanje prospektivnim aktivnostima radi identifikovanja novih mogućnosti u prodaji rezervih delova
-Koordinacija sa sektorom maraketinga u vezi planiranja kampanja
Kvalifikacije:
-Minimum dve godine radnog iskustva
-Profesinolan način komunikacije sa klijentima
-Poznavanje rada na računaru, uključujući i Microsoft Office paket
-Sposobnost za obavljanje više zadataka

PARTS MENAGER/ADVISOR
Job descriptions:
-Talks to customers face to face and over the telephon to build repport and understand their requirements
-Quotes prices and availability of stocks and Jaguar Land Rover Gear to customers providing the information in a way which is clear and transparent
-Monitors and maintains agreed stock/accessory levels
-Checks all parts and Jaguar Land Rover Gear are in good order on receipt from the supplier
-Orders parts on behalf of the Service team,using an understanding of the Parts Distribution process and Parts Ordering Systems to obtain parts at the right cost and time for the job, being dependable to easy to do business with
-Manages obsolescent stock in line with Retailer and stock records on the appropriate system
-Completes all relevant administation promptly and accurately (e.g. updating customer records and invoicing)
-Ensures all parts are correctly stored and located and that appropriate housekeeping standards are met
-Ensure Technicians have the parts needed to carry out scheduled work (e.g. reserving parts for booked work and pre-packing for the following day), to be dependable and support colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience
-Organises activity to minimise Technician waiting time (e.g. by pre-packing and delivering parts to the Workshop)
-Keeps the service team informed of parts deliveries
-Plans and manages prospecting activity to identify new Trade Sales opportunities
-Works with Trade customers to understand their requirements,outline the offer and manage objections
-Coordinates the marketing activity to develop spare parts business
Qualifications:
-One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent of education and experience.
-Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
-Professional and friendly phone skills with a passion for customer service
-Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
-Ability to multi-task
